Loved this vid, DIO is always one of my favorites to play!😌 Fun fact about old ASB, current ASB: Back when ASB was built to be oddly anti-combos [or atleast the airborne hitboxes were REALLY weird], DIO was one of the best combo practice characters out there, from his aerial barrage, to all his other juggling moves, even with how tough combos were in OG ASB, DIO was always the best juggler to practice. BUT! Another thing that DID stay-over from OLD ASB, based on what happened around 10:20 , is one of the key parts of combos in old ASB, especially characters with projectiles like Jonathan's floor-hamon. The most consistent way to pick back up a combo-chain, to continue it for a SECOND chain, is to knock them on the ground, throw a projectile at them ASAP, and right when the projectile is over them. ✨TAUNT. ✨ When you taunt, it doesn't matter how early, or late it happens, as long as it pulls the cinematic close up: once it finishes, the enemy will be FORCED to stand, and be unable to block the projectile they just stood-up into! I've seen Mista combos with the bullets, DIO combos with the knife, any and EVERY projectile can be used to continue a combo that otherwise would've ended since the enemy hit the ground. Honestly, it's one of my favorite parts of ASB. I think it's only fitting that a Jojo's Bizarre Adventure fighting game would be one of the scant few where taunting is an integral part of some MASSIVE multi-hit combos. Just having those poses be an important part to the series, AND the best combos, is just perfect to me. Sorry for the long shpiel, it's just one of my favorite parts of this game 😁 Still though, loved every bit of this vid, Reek, especially how many great fighters you were versing. That Bruno save was insane, and some of those juggles you were pulling off, one after the other, after the other, was just incredible! Great content as always. Keep up the fantastic work, Reek! 👍
