side note about the wonder of u the calamity can only target one person at a time so if multiple people are pursuing it, it prioritises which is closest/the biggest threat and if that person dies/looses will to pursue/ someone else gets closer it will switch, and the previous person will be unscathed like when it targeted yasuho with the plane door, but gappy hit toru with go beyond, so it witched priorities to gappy and the door missed yasuho

My favourite theory is that Star Platinum was able to stop time by itself from the start but as Jotaro gained more control over SP, Jotaro also had to learn to manually use SP's abilities. So at the start when he's in jail, SP actually stops time by itself and gets all that stuff, like the manga book, for his master, as well as when SP stops the bullet.; however during his journey Jotaro starts to control more and more of SP's manually as he familiarizes himself with the stand.

Gold Experience doesn't reanimate the corpses. In Bruno's case, Giorno just healed his body, but Bruno could have remained dead if he didn't have the resolve to return to his body. He was basically piloting his corpse and thus his physically functions started breaking down soon after.

Pretty sure The World is only stated to have a 10 meter reach on Google because of how far DIO can move during stopped time. Star Platinum and DIO share the exact same stand stats, and both should only have a two meter radius.

For the stands named after tarot cards, they and their users also usually have symbolism based on the reverse (upside down) meanings of the cards(sometimes in tandem with the regular meaning). Like the chariot representing how Polnareff struggled with his obssession with vengeance, which almost cost his life, though in the end he triumphed against the Hanged Man, which represented how Polnareff had to let go to finally defeat him

just coming to say the term "Powerful close ranged combat stand" was used very broadly, so I'll explain how a few stands fit this criteria and let anyone reading dissect the rest, powerful close ranged combat stands can either be A: Overwhelming, B: Powerful or C: Unique, Overwhelming stands are ones where the stand is capable of delivering multiple, weak on their own but strong when used in rapid succesion type attacks, if your stand can shoot tons and tons of bullets out of it's fingers that vanish after 10 or so meters, thats an overwhelming type of close range combat stand, usually these stands have very weak physical stats, with their potential being around C-tier, but occasionally they have very high speed, Powerful ones are simple, and example would be hierophant green and it's emerald splash, or silver chariot and its very fast cuts, they hit, REALLY, HARD, a good example is Star Platinum, or by extension, The World, for reference if I'm not mistaken the World is the physically strongest Stand, with Star Platinum being a very close second, they also have very fast attacking speed, allowing them to hit these punches rapidly, on the downside, they usually aren't to precise, with Star Platinum being an exception, C, Unique, are stands that should be near useless in combat, but have an ability that makes them a threat, like The Hand, super slow stand, average strength, but that erasure move is nasty enough to let it compete.

In Jojolion during the Radio GaGa arc we see a more humanoid form of Hermit Purple with that universes Joseph Joestar, I'd assume since both are the exact same stand it may have the same form in the PB universe. Edit: when you were talking about gokd experience and said no stand can bring back the dead, the Stand Civil War from Steel Ball Run sorta can, It Operates by basically if you die due to the stands effect, the user takes all the guilt and becomes the stands own target, in which you can sorta be revived, It brings up a question of "Is Johnny Joestar after the arc the same johnny as before?", Xforts or Metas have way better explanations of it. The reason I bring this stand up in particular is because its revival was permanent.

November Rain's actual ability is called local Liquidification. Any target within range of Novembers Rains range are actively changed to be more liquid-like form that is completely unnoticeable to the target, once Jodio makes contact with a target does the effect truly become noticeable. The raindrops from November Rain act as bullets and can be directed by Jodio. However, when someone is not affected by NR's major ability... its secondary ability is near uselss as its just water that Jodio can control. My theory behind it is that Araki created Jodio to be a culmination of the Jojo and Brando bloodlines with the universale reset after part 6, with someone as mentally and morally conflicted as Jodio is... he has to be like water. He has to be formless and take up the shape of whatever container holds him, unlike the Jobro of part 9 with Smooth Criminal being Dragoon... a biological man who uses his Stand to be a woman. he uses his stand to be who he wants, without forcing it upon others. Dragoon is a G like that.

When it comes to the world they had to kill him off because of how fast the speed of the time stop increases with him which was what made his power so amazing. Just from one fight alone he was able to go from 5 second I think it was to 11 in one fight which is less then a day so the rate of his increase is massive and would reach a day of time stop in no time

I mean Golden Experience Requiem is completely useless against people it can´t kill. The only thing thats good is that he can reset but just if he doesnt die Instantly. His ability is useless since its basically just a torture after the Opponent is death and it really doesnt matter. In other words, If Giorno fights someone that he cant kill and can easily Speedblitz, its over. GER is more like a Defensive / Counter stand

Its defense is why it’s so powerful though. Nothing can ever kill Giorno, at least if it’s within logic. Yes, he will never be able to kill many powerful forces in fiction, for against characters like Saitama from One Punch Man, but he still can never be killed, leaving it at a stalemate at least, making him one of the most powerful forces in fiction. As for Wonder of U, I’m not sure myself who would win. You might be right about Wonder of U being able to beat him

If he get Kamehameha´d with thousand times the speed of light and gets pulverized, he wont be able to reset since he is already dead. I think it only works if he doesnt die in an instant so the command can go out. If Atomic Samurai slashes all his atoms away he wouldnt even notice he died.
