I timed it and there's a like a reliable difference between rounds. Like 10 extra seconds. Means absolutely nothing. 20 opals an 30 golds. Almost on the afterlife grind

My advice for manglers for anyone doing round 11 opal. If you’re not getting a mangler spawn every round go to bank roof and save quit. Reload the game and see what you get spawn first. If you get a vermin round when you reload then you’ll get a mangler every 2-3 rounds. If you get a mangler spawn as soon as you reload. You should continue to get one every round Round 11 has 33 zombies with 1 mangler or vermin Round 15 has 44 zombies with no manglers or vermin Ive unlocked dark matter and got nebula yesterday If anyone has any questions on the camo grind feel free to reply to me and I’ll do my best to answer all. Open the room that has the equations on the walls and youll get the fastest spawns in the game stood in there Going to round 15 on terminus gives you faster spawns then round 15 on liberty but it takes longer to set up Use electric cherry on elemental pop and use the reactive armour and hardened plates for jug. You'll be sorted

if you zip to the top of the bank and by the door to drop down (next to the zip) to the lower level you can go prone and open the door to the bank. You have to get in the right spot to open it. basically, the door by jug and the door by the safe are shut. If you sit on the desk of the bank the zombie spawns are pretty fast. Round 11 takes under a minute

I just did the GS45 last night, I left it on round 11, used akimbo attachment (after all headshots), silencer, and upgrading rarity when I reached the salvage point. It was super easy. Just don't buy elemental pop or put an element on your gun and you should be done in like 3-4 hours. Also if you're working on the headshot portion dont use akimbo, just headshot barrel, rapid fire, and upgrade to legendary rarity and you will 1-2 shot all zombies to the head. I trained at the spawn point in a circle and was getting 30 critical kills at a time. Dont forget deadshot daiquiri!

The "nerfs" are basically nothing tbh it's as effective as before. The round transition feels like it only takes like 10secs at most which is nothing and maybe 20mins of setup for 5hrs of farming is also nothing for how easy this is. Only thing that would be annoying is if you couldn't earn progress towards camos or earn xp

Loving how simple this is for camo grinding i maybe be a little slower but at least I’m able to relax put on a podcast and smash some camos out! The only thing I’ve been bothered by is the armoured zombies being impossible to get crits on. Besides that I’ve done double my progression towards nebula in 3 days then I did the first two weeks

i see no info about this. but many people made videos... no official notes.. my spawns are the same.. i think people took info from others who took it from others without official info. on top of bank spawns are very fast. in fact i leveled up 30 levels of fresh prestige 4 last night in the same save have been using for a week. i used double xp and had over 200k xp in an hour and change . im def over 5 hours...probably like 13 but i save and quit after 1.5 hour sessions i think if you save and quit you can infinite go back. its just 5 hours in one sitting/ regarding manglers.. camp bank top i get mangler every single round. all smgs opal now and ARS will be opal tonight. DO NOT OPEN ANY OTHER DOORS ON bank roof. use church line , stay to left side middle and they all spawn in front fast., mangler every round in rnd 11 at the door if you dont get mangler you can save quit reload . the bank is the best for camo

If you play for.only.30 mins there is no nerf. The mangler spawns have been nerfed as they are not as consistent and the more you play the slower the zombies spawn making you leave or save and quit

I ran directed mode from 7am till 10pm today and aside from save quitting every once and a while, it never had an exfill prompt. Ill be jumping back on tomorrow morning to finish the last 13 guns before opal

Yes...if you save and quit, when you come back in the timer resets. And I see someone already addressed the mangler situation but here's more... You just can't get a vermin round for your FIRST 11th round. When you save and quit on round 11, when you join back in, that's your new FIRST 11th round. If it happens to be a vermin round, save and quit again and come back in until it's not a vermin round. As long as you get a mangler on the first 11th round, you'll get one every round from then on as long as you don't progress.

@@IAmDWill if I got a vermin round I would play till I got a mangler in a round. Kill it then save and quit right after killing the mangler. Then the next few loads of my save would start with mangler every round. Has seemed to work the best for me at least

@ It’s RNG when it comes to guided mode honestly. Sometimes it’s works, sometimes no…but if you got a method that works for you, it’s absolutely worth the share. That’s a good strategy. I’ll try it whenever my rounds get wonky

I noticed last night after about 2 hours straight on round 12 it just stopped spawning zombies, nothing would come in even changing my zone (spawn, bank, cemetery) until I opened another door and raised the round cap. I was afraid to save and quit cause I didn’t know if things would be reset to the first time I hit round 12 but it seems that isn’t an issue 😅 hopefully when I get back in I can finish the EE

I played directed mode and got the gold camos for like 8 or 9 weapons in the same match and I got a cap at 14999 eliminations then when I saved and quit and came back the next day it kicked me out of the game right when I got in and it said “lost connection to the host” but thank god I was already done with all my weapons 😂 so now Opal camos here I come

I honestly find the whole too slow. Not only camo grinding, but also prestiging takes way too much time, not to mention searching for augments etc! Ok that they want people to play a lot, but I think it gets boring much easier this way! Good players are already fully set up whilst others like me don't even have all augments done... This just seems so much more boring to me. That's why I just continued grinding normally even once the directed mode exploits were found. I'm not going to shit on you if you did use this method but it is so weird to me that Treyarch just didn't think about this at all it seems like LOL it seems like something that from their perspective would just be a terrible idea. Let's let them progress camos on the infinitely capped mode that doesn't force them to do the Easter egg steps whatsoever so they can just infinitely stay on an easy round! Honestly why baby your grind, just play solo, then turn the rage inducer on and learn the movement in the game, see how far you can make it without turning it off and progress. Even if you die you can still get 10x rapid kills as early as round 1 with this method.

It just seems boring. It's crazy to me that some people just want the grind above all else and they don't care about anything like fun. What benefit do you get from getting this grind done as quickly as possible? It's not like you're a KZbinr that's trying to show off the camo first to get more views. All this leads to is you having less to do for a much larger portion of the game's life cycle lol essentially, by speed running through this grind you're pretty much playing yourself if you ask me.

Neither one of these are a bad thing. Playing for 5 hours on level 15 is out of control anyway and pathetic in others and as far as the 2-minute pause between rounds, that's perfect because you can get anywhere in the map in that amount of time and a lot of times you need to run all the way across the map to purchase something that you can finally afford and who wants to be at a crafting table or an upgrade system or trapped somewhere before a bunch of zombies start flooding you so it pretty much gives you enough time to get to a destination and purchase what you need and possibly get back to your favorite training spot. I don't see a negative in either of the things you're mentioning

That's why zombies players will keep a single zombie alive at the end of the round. That gives you an indefinite amount of time to do everything you need and then you can choose to kill the zombie whenever you're done. Remember this for future reference.
