I think a really great answer to "have you ever lifted before?" is no, but telling them you used to do farmwork at the village or something like that, people then may believe why you're so strong without ever touching the gym because they don't know what kind of farm work you did (lifting cows lol), thought that'd be a fun suggestion, amazing videos like always :)
