They Never Thought This Would Happen!!! | Living with Cystic Fibrosis

The reality of having Cystic Fibrosis is changing rapidly and the short term mindset I once had needs to change. Change isn't bad but it can be very difficult especially when it's been hard wired into your brain throughout the whole of your life.
There are three things that I'm working on to help me shift my mindset from being short term to long term. This will take time but if you're in the same boat as me, I really hope this video helps!
