I've been home eight years now. This channel helps a lot with the PTSD! NOBODY I know understands the struggle I deal with on the daily... Prison and the things you have to do to survive and the things the system does to you, is something that NEVER leaves you! Good luck, yall! Thanks for the great work...

Chad I think you’re right what we need is support from one another. We are looked down on by others. Most of us continue with crime, get worse or die. Those of us who change our lives are sorta few and far between. So it’s amazing to be able to access it with ease. Your content helps a ton with reminders and support, thank you!!

I just watched the end of the interview. I think I mentioned this a while ago, but this channel is for everyone. People that have been to prison people that haven’t. It gives people permission to be able to talk which in society men aren’t taught to do that.. whereas women have a great support systems. Well I thank everybody in this community.
@kristiskinner8542 Жыл бұрын
What? "Women have great support systems"? No they dont, not anymore than men do. Dunno wth would make anyone think that? What maybe because women might share more with some other women, close friends? Yeah & then same way a lot of women do their men they'll do those friends when they get into it. They'll use whatever it is against them, throw it in their face etc. A lot of women think that same thing about men, that they can be around each other 24/7 even turn around & punch each other in the face & go have a beer together right after. Not gonna see that with women, not without one of them plotting on the other after that beer bottles empty anyway (just to keep that same scenerio). Think a lot of men & women make all kinds of assumptions, along with trying to lump all of each together which just isnt true

I have an incredible support system family, friends and patients! We all care and love each other maybe one day men will have that too. 😉

I appreciate the response and feedback. I was looking definitely after divorces statistics why men are two times more likely to die by suicide which they they say with statistics . Women have stronger support systems of friends.. but then again people aren’t statistics I know during my divorce I felt because I’m a guy I had to handle it on my own and it didn’t work to well.. but I guess I generalized too much

Something's fishy right about the time he mentioned "the guy that got killed for a bologna sandwich" because he follows with "basically, we're on hunger strike, the guy took a sack lunch". Then when Chad places himself there at that time and recalls the incident in detail, he says "that happened just before I got there I think". 🤔 Was he on hunger strike and there, or did it happen before he got there??

Homeboys from close to my area... (I'm in Philly near Kensington) and this is such a common story from my city & time on the streets. With the exception of enrolling in *"PennState"* because it's a prestigious/expensive school. But many many of my bro's would graduate HS & make it in to college (and some hit the military or rade school) but only because of family support and so much scrutiny & supervision from the OG's in the community. Then once they were out of our hood on their own and now they were outside of that circle that would get all up on their azz real quick. So they would go *"Fuc|{ their life off"* almost immediately & be back in the hood within a year, with a bad habit and a sad story. The game dont stop. Pay attention.
