I don't know if you noticed but Monoma had to see Bakugo's death, how he hurt others, a lot of blood and Shigaraki "evolving", that must have been very traumatic

As a Day 1 Culture Festival defender, that arc gets a lot of flak because people really don’t see what it represents. Being a hero isn’t just about saving lives but also saving hearts. Even though they rescued Eri, her still not being able to smile meant having to put on a good day so that she could truly be saved, which is such a huge theme of the show. Deku in that arc vocalized how his dream wasn’t his anymore and was the combined interests of all those who supported him, and that he needed to be the one to make they had a bright future. Gentle has always been a Deku parallel, where after moving before his body could think actually ended up hurting someone and ruining his life. It’s why deku says that fighting gentle was his toughest battle yet, he was fighting another him. It’s why that fight is used as a reference when he was talking to the previous OFA users in season 6, as its the entire reason why he’s trying to understand villains instead of just beating down on them. Even La Brava has a lot of parallels both to Eri in how Gentle was fighting for HER dream but also Toga in how she can’t control how she loves. All in all, the culture festival arc is really the heart of the whole show and more people should realize.

This is the last arc of the series. Its so long that theyre gonna do it in 2 seasons. So this is essentially the set up to the final season of MHA. Unless they pull a demon Slayer and do movies to end it.

Ah yes, my man, Gentle Criminal! Loved this episode. Been waiting for him and Kai Chisaki to return again. Lmao, love how y'all didn't notice it was Gentle at first. La Brava's Optic Kitty scene was funny and Gentle vs the prison was amazing. Love these two so much

I feel the manga readers get a double portion as the writer did a great job leaving enough time between the manga chapters coming out and the anime episodes releasing to such an extent you vaguely remember what happens but then you get to appreciate the changes the anime made from the manga. Overall I am glad I read the manga and all the more enjoy the series because of it and am so excited for the rest of this final season as there is so many more great things to come!

"Absence makes....love even stronger!" No idea why the subs chose Heart and Fonder when they specifically say "Ai wo issou tsuyoku suru!". Not that Heart and Fonder is wrong, but in context they're talking about love not the heart (often referred to as kokoro, almost never Ai) and they specifically say "tsuyoku suru" because it gives them strength (both in their feelings as well as it being La Bravas power).

Gentle specifically is one of my favorites in the entire series. The journey he went on and how he comes back. He isn't a big character in the series itself but the impact and the importance he has to what the series is trying to push is second to none. I could go on a whole rant about how good his character is and the dude has only been in a few episodes out of the whole series. Some people were even calling him and la brava filler characters because they aren't "cool and edgy". They are unique because of how goofy and different they are. Gentle deserves this GOATED episode for his official hero moment. He finally got to save someone from falling and got to pay Deku back by being a hero for him.

Deku's words reached her previously just like several others. With the throwback to Aoyama for the cop too, "you too can be a hero" has been a consistent theme in the show and to see the people who Deku was able to reach come back and help fits well for me. I wouldn't be surprised to see a few more faces of former villains helping tbh.

I don't mind nagant showing up. I have a problem with her timing in the precise moment of battle at the exact moment shigaraki got his power back so he can use his arms and her knowing the barrier was down at the exact time that she can snipe him with all the factors aligning while she's bandaged assuming she left some hospital which should've been secured cause she's an escaped prisoner using her hugely deadly quirk on random rooftops to take out that's supposedly strong enough to take out a Tomura appendage that's durable than UA high, those hair have spideyweb level tensile strength If they'll do a let's go back and explain how nagant positioned herself so accurately then maybe I'll give the benefit of doubt

@hkaayaakuu i think her not being dead is a whole thing but power wise she was an assassin for the government and hand picked by AFO as useful. She isn't weak by any regard. She should, however, be in many pieces after her explosion she lived through 😂🤷🏻‍♂️ She is at least a top hero in ability and power though. She is more accurate, as stated, than Snipe the #25 top hero who teaches at UA. He said "My quirk is Homing, I can hit my target within my line of sight in a 600m radius. I don't have pinpoint precision or high power output, but it's cool. But she can do all of that with her skill alone. She can even do it from 3km away."

I hate MHA. It's the most parasitic anime in history. Everything is stolen from other authors. "villains are still human". Are you going to tell me that, like ninjas, they are also tools? All that's missing is copying Naruto's name. Black Clover at least has things that are its own. Inspiration, like the one Naruto got from HxH, like some powers and looks, are acceptable, but this is crazy.
