First Mac Lethal is a well decorated and respected battle rapper. In God Mode, Tom said "the last time I battled the man that I trampled lost his career and then had a divorce. It's conjecture to say why Mac didn't respond but seeing he had all ready stepped away from battle rapping and had talked about his real estate investing his explanation makes sense. Mac never divorced and Tom called him a corpse. Tom opened a lot of doors, Mac is simply walking through them...btw the way he raps is a result of the fact that he is an actual battle rapper. In truth, his schemes are pretty insane. Mac has no ghostwriters, that would be Tom...Nova has wrote some of Tom's songs. Yes. Tom said "I remember when I was the only political rapper...I created the genre they practically jackin'". According to Crypt, who is best friends with Mac, one of Mac's biggest issues is the fact that he doesn't believe Tom understands or cares about the history of rap and hip-hop. Mac treasures it, love that you acknowledged that. This is the first reaction of yours I have watched, but this seems to have offended you more than it probably should, guessing it is because you react to Tom's songs and you don't want to piss off his fans. I wish reactors would just call Tom out on his bullshit views, his intention is to be on the charts. Tom's songs definitely lean right and feed into and off an echo chamber. the thing that gives me the vibe that Tom is a bit racist etc..is that he has cultivated a certain fanbase and to my knowledge he hasn't condemned this behavior. Toms career is KZbin.. he has been at it for years; every video he begs for weeks to get his fans to listen again and again and again.. It isn't about KZbin views. I think Tom has the advantage in dis tracks because he writes better sounding songs. Mac absolutely hits way harder in actual lyrics. He even did in the first round. But Tom's music sounded much better; which ultimately mattered more to the fan base.

Okay so I see you don't know Mac. Mac Lethal is an old school battle rapper. He was signed to Rhymesayers back in the day, Indie label, and he was a fixture in Scribble Jan and Grind Time, he won Scribble Jam twice I believe. He's also still touring and he just toured Australia with Swifty Mcvay from d12, who also left a comment on Mac's Instagram on this diss post. So yeah pretty much confirmed Swifty is the one who told Mac about the Eminem thing.

He wrote in the description and even in the song that he wasn't going to continue this and squashed the beef privately. Which Ronald MacDonald didn't honor so he had to retaliate after all. Why would a song that took him 5 years to make start listing events that just happened? Was he saving a blank spot for those? Then why didn't those parts take an extra year to be included if the pace is this slow? Yeah that kind of logic doesn't make any sense and is just a trolling attempt.

Nah I've known Mac forever, used to watch him on Grind time, he does sound kinda corny sometimes. I like Mac though, his rhymes are incredible and he's an amazing battle rapper. But he does have that sound a bit. Just being honest. Although it definitely did sound like some of this at least he was mimicking Tom's style so you could be right.

I went back and relistened when this came out. They don't hold up as well as I remember. I thought Tom won. But going back he won on energy and his videos were better. But the rhyme schemes and bars on Tom's are so basic. I guess he still won because he went last. But now if he doesn't respond he's losing.

@@thegoatudontknow He absolutely was a battle rapper, dude even won scribble jam back in 2002, and made it to the finals two other times irrc. He's known and respected for it. His rap career is also completely separate from KZbin, in that he has several albums you can't even find on his channel. His debut came out before KZbin even existed. And as far as YT, he doesn't even put much actual music on there; sometimes he does put songs, sometimes he's in cyphers. But his rap career and his YT channel are two very different things. I don't care if you love him or hate him, but judging him by his YT makes no sense.

Ok, I don't know much about Rap or Hip-Hop, but I didn't hear Mack Lethal's named mentioned at all. I know it may be implied, but not mentioned. And if Lethal never got divorced, then why does he think he's the one Tom supposedly targeted? As for dragging Nova down in it, that's just Lethal living up to the negative, abusive and sexist image that people who don't care for Rap and Hip-Hop hear about Rap and Hip-Hop and prevents them from wanting to learn more about the genre's place in music. It doesn't matter whether or not Nova said or did anything deserving of the abuse, a real man never hits a woman.
