I’m a Liverpool fan and I genuinely think we will win the league. Our squad depth is similar to cities but their players are older and more injury prone these days. Their best player is out for the whole season. I know city often start slow and kick into gear but this seems different this time round, they look way off their usual standard. The main reason though is I don’t see any weakness in our own game or squad, especially with the potential to sign in January as we haven’t in the last two windows. I completely believe in Arne Slot already.

Liverpool will win the league this season. It’s baffling that Manchester City are still considered favorites despite not playing their best football. Does anyone remember the 2018/2019 season? Liverpool could easily repeat that performance. City will be playing catch-up for the rest of the season, and I honestly believe they’ll finish second at best. As for Arsenal, let’s be real - they’ve done nothing of note in English football since the Wenger era. They’re out of the title race, and anyone who thinks otherwise simply doesn’t understand the game.

the nunez breakaway was very different from the salah breakaway: salah had support, whom the defenders followed, whereas, tielemans had nunez all to himself. tielemans did very well to force nunez to shoot from an unfavourable position. also, goal or no goal, bailey should have received a yellow card for his foul on salah.
