Our singular grade classes are fine, because I'm similar body shapes to 3/4 others in the group, but at open classes there's many people and some younger than me so it's hard not to feel insecure even though i'm very fit and healthy.

If they’re “plump” then I’m death’s-door morbidly obese (despite being a size Medium, normal weight and BMI who lifts weights 3 times a week and does yoga daily!).
