Well considering my childhood I am very glad I didn't grow up in USA. With my feminine looks and long hair and constant confusion with girls until maybe 15-16 I might have ended brainwashed into thinking I am actually girl. In order to accurately gage the majority opinion with clapping, you'd have to pack the place with people who hold opinions reflective of the country as a whole, and then see who claps. Most people have absolutely no interest about what goes on in other people's bedrooms or underwear. I don't know where this idea that we are afraid of certain types of people came from. Perhaps because we're concerned about women losing their chance to excell in physical pursuits? Or because we're concerned about non trans people taking advantage of the trans movement for their own nefarious purposes? I'll admit sometimes people may go too far, I can see a reason for a tampon dispenser in a men's room for trans men that look so manly it would make most people uncomfortable to see them in a women's room.... This is where the goody stuff really messes with the trans movement & the reason most trans people don't support some of the same things. Such as an obvious man with a beard & lipstick insisting they're a woman & that "misgendering" them is an act of violence & needs to be legislated... Or a two hundred fifty pound man with a history of sexual assault making no effort to transition, putting on a dress & using a lady's room... But as for the average trans person, to quote Shapiro, "I wish you the best of luck in treating this condition in the best way you see fit" & "I'll show anyone respect that shows me respect".. You should really find more of his little snipers like this about transgender people, he did a really good one with Blaire White. Obviously, lol, I don't see the ignorance in his statement of the fact that how feminine or masculine a person is or feels or appears does not & cannot change their sex. A man cannot get pregnant. Caitlyn Jenner cannot get cervical cancer. Elliot Page cannot get testicular or prostate cancer. Not all right wing or conservative people are uber religious which is the only group of people I see having any sort of problem with gay or trans people & it's even a very small percent of religious people that do... A man goes into a doctor's office, and says "doc, I know I am a woman inside, can you physically change me into a woman?" Most doctors would fawn all over the patient, set them up for transformative gender surgery and hormone therapy, etc. But since the technology is not there to truly functionally change their sex, they would wind up basically sort of a mutilated man. A man goes into a doctor's office, and says "doc, I know on the inside I am not supposed to have two arms. Can you remove my left arm?" The doctor would be horrified, and would refuse while citing all sorts of ethics conflicts for doing so. Doc would probably also refer the patient for psychiatric assessment, possible even against the patient's will in a locked facility. So what's the difference between the two scenarios? Woke politics, and the complete departure from reality that goes with them. Nothing else matters.
