One main difference I noticed between them is that Harvey is more vocal towards their human while Kane is more quiet communicates more through body language. That's probably for the better because a wolf's howl is probably fucking loud.

Huskies are known for being a really talkative dog breed. Actually when you compare H & K to other dog channels around, Harvey is one of the quieter Huskies I've seen around. But yes it make sense Harvey barks when he wants something given he's a husky and their talkative reputation a breed.
