In game 3 I know it didn’t end up mattering but your piper discover a beast gave you the scarab to discover a 2 mana card, you were looking for a way to not get killed the next turn. One of the cards given was Dragon tails so you could have gone for less than 5 and gotten a razorscale. Which would have been really funny!

I like that its not 1 card kill deck but at least 2 card combo. If you can silence only one jade every other must be killed first for this to work.

In wild this strategy is working really well, you have much more ways to copy it, or trigger the deathrattle, you can always draw with Guff, and with unending swarm you can fill your board with 20/20 green men. :)

MY issue with the deck (I desparately tried to make it work in the beggining of exp) is that when you start shuffling displays into the deck, sure you're getting big minions, but your hands empty and you're just drawing a single big minion a turn which just isn't enough and die to value.

Ice Plague doesn't work on 10 manas cards

Since Zilliax is 10 mana, Ice Plague doesn't affect it. It makes a card cost 1 more up to 10 mana. So Zilliax was at 7 (10 - 3 minions) and when he played another minion, it was at 6 (10 - 4)

Note that this is not just a re-print. Old jade either shuffled jades, or summoned one. New card does BOTH, so it is basically twice as powerful as an old mega-broken toxic card. And yet it is just OK in the new meta. Crazy stuff, how much hearthstone "evolved"

Display is significantly weaker than idol because it's a deathrattle and a minion. Makes it significantly slower and more vulnerable to disruption effects. Plus there are no other jade cards to synergize with display like there were with idol
