I’ve felt this way for decades now but imo at a certain point in your life, you should have seen almost every kind of person there is, from the whitest-darkest, the thinnest-heaviest, shortest- tallest and every skin tone God created, but to still not understand in 2024 that all people of color but especially African Americans can come in any shade of brown, is a choice to remain ignorant. These are the same people that will travel all over the world to witness and enjoy different cultures but come back the US and not understand that a black person with lighter skin is still a black person, it’s exhausting 🤦🏽‍♀️
