Keep an eye out for the the pipe moving towards the engine (movement on the clamps on the pipes as your metal pipe is missing the bracket to the car) , if it does the wiring for the map sensor will rub through against the gearbox (there's even a convenient ridge in the right place on the gearbox to make fitment tighter) and when it does it's likely the map sensor will read 129 deg C which won't help the ECU fuel the car correctly (your dash gauge will help you identify if that happens). That's what happened to mine (Revo pipe work). I also double clamped the silicon pipe from the intercooler to the boost pipe to make sure it didn't expand/move.

The one thing I've held off doing because it looked like a tight area to work in. You've made it look easy to fit so looks like it's on the to buy list. Cant be any more fiddly than the symposer delete I'm sure.

Hi Steve. Just one concern in the video 6:39-6:44. The new pipe looks as though it's up against a rubber coolant pipe ?, which it may rub against and cause a fluid leak especially when the rubber pipe heats up and expands out a little. 🤔🤔 See you in the next one.👍👍👍

@@Sparkplugsteve If you push the bottom of the pipe in a bit further into the rubber coupler you will have some clearance, that will rub through really quickly otherwise.

What about the hot side S bend? To be fair though I think most people just run the stock s bend with the metal pipe supplied with Turbo.

Random question mate, do you still find oil etc.. in the outlet of your oil catch can? I’ve replaced the filter in my baffled can & some still seems to get through

It's only recently been fitted so nothing it in the can yet. Have you plumbed it backwards?
