Bought this a couple weeks ago. 40 miles and it broke. I now have a $2400 84lb metal in garage. Support is terrible. I ordered front basket and it was missing the mount and 4 screws. It'll be winter before it gets fixed if I'm lucky and burn the warranty while broken or in storage. Very bummed. stay away.

Yeah the thing about these electric bikes is that they will still carry you for several miles after the battery bars disappear. So you can still go a long way after it’s not showing bars on the display. You probably won’t get the full 100 miles but you will definitely get around 60 to 65 miles as long as you are not on many hills. The 20 amp hour batteries carry the larger ebikes around 45 miles and those are pretty heavy.

They are getting better but I agree the 100 mile claim is like the C rating on our quad batts, very few make it to what they claim. Great video Bot, I have never heard of this company so you did your part in brining this to my attention so have another consideration when I do decide to get one.

Won't ever go 100 miles, max avg i predict is 35miles . I did 38miles pas with about 300lbs 750w setting on the 48v 20 ah ,with 1500w it was 24miles and at 3k it was 12. Going into the wind kills the performance and the battery goes quicker. If you didn't see mine I made one for less than 800 from a few kits , and put it on a Schwinn s60 dual suspension mountain bike i bought for fidy bux. It's easier than putting together a qwad n programing . I went a little extreme to get what i wanted and upgraded a lot of things.max speed because of weight on mine is 35, but with a 52v battery it's more like 42 but fk that.

It definitely ain't getting 100 mile.range without you pedaling in the lowest speed the entire time. I got one with the same size battery and motor bro. With no pedaling I get about 25-30 miles. With pedaling I can easily get 50
