Yeah hes struggled get back into form after an injury as some players do and yeah the team have dropped off from a crazy standard that they themselves set over the years but mo salah has and is consistently one of the best players in the league and he cannot be replaced . You sell him and liverpool go back to finishing 6th,7th,8th and dreaming of champions league football . Lets not focus on salah the top goals and assists this season at Liverpool and instead look at players who have failed to step up to firminios and manes shoes . Also remember when van dijk was a balon dor contender ? Wtf happened to him ? Trent was being talked about as englands next super star well before bellingham and look at his drop off Salah always seems to get harsher criticisim even when mane was around liverpool fans would say they prefer mane despite salah out performing him every season . Liverpool dont know how good theyve got it to have such an elite performer with such a strong winning mentality and a true role model of the game. The only reason him saying there would be fire has blown up in the first place is because it's so out of character but really it was a nothing comment

Not a Liverpool fan but there seems to be a narrative building against Salah. He's got 24 goals and 13 assists this season in all competitions. He got injured and has come back at the beginning of Ramadan. Difficult to be at your best when your fasting and your energy is so low.

When both Liverpool and Chelsea pursue Salah in Basel, he opt for Chelsea. After his failed attempts in Chelsea and sold to Roma , we brought him back to EPL to shine. When his contracts are due for renewal, he delayed it to get the best deal out of our club. As for Klopp, he immediately dismisses gossips, whenever any managerial openings from any big clubs or countries comes up. So you tell me, are you actually a Liverpool fan, to agree with the public display of frustruations from Salah to Klopp, when Salah had been given opportunities to start both games against Crystal Palace and Everton for full 90 minutes without being substituted and yet we lose with zero goals scored, and still feel the need to adopt the ego to start every game??? Paul Merson is a fair man. It was a big tactical mistake for Klopp to keep Salah waiting 45 minutes to sub him ! The Sub should have happened as soon as we scored the second goal. To insist on not subbing until they tie with you, then you gesture to Salah come on now go score, it’s like insulting the players. I don’t think selling Salah is a good idea. The new coach can capitalize on this situation big time if he chooses to keep Salah.

I see a lot of comments about Salah performance in the last 3-4 games being the reason to blame, calls to cash in,.. guys just look at the statistics for Salah in his season (his worst season) compared to Luis Diaz (other side winger) or Nunez. 3112 Mins played for salah, 23 goals, 13 assists, and people won't tolerate that he is coming back from injury and looking for form step by step. 4131 mins played for Diaz, 12 goals, 4 assists. Thats more than DOUBLE for less minutes. And Diaz is great. to be honest. a lot of pressure is put on Salah and he is being the scapegoat right now.

I think Klopp coming out to say he was leaving so early and announcing it at that time of the season might have had a double-edged sword effect Galvanized the team to some games and actually took out the steam and hunger in them. We need Jota than Salah. Compare Liverpool scoring ability when Salah was away with Egypt at Afcon.
