5:33 HFIL aka "Home For Infinite Losers" comes from the "ocean dub" of DBZ. They painted out parts of Goz and Mez's shirts that used to say "HELL" so they would instead read HFIL. That dub has tons of funny censorship that they poke fun at in DBZ:A

You missed the callback (forward?) of Gohan reading Huckleberry Finn. He almost said the N word. Chi-Chi gives him a copy without that word in the S2 finale HFIL is the Home For Infinite Losers. The censored name for Hell in one of the english dubs. Garlic Jr ain’t canon. At least not to the manga.
