Amy, a city morgue employee, celebrates her birthday at the workplace when her friends and brother, Will, throw a surprise party. Earlier that night, the bodies of the victims of the Blackwell Hotel mass murder were delivered to the morgue, including the perpetrator, the imposing Jacob Goodnight. Unbeknownst to the group, the killer survived, and he's determined to eliminate those he deems sinners because he believes he's the Hand of God. To survive the ordeal, Amy and her friends must evade Jacob and figure a way out of the building.

Man this movie was bogged so far down by the teleporting immortal killer. You know what would've kind've made that work? If there was really a pair of twins, the Left and Right Hands of God. I didn't even realize this was a sequel cause I never caught the name of the movie, in the first movie they show him getting impaled through the heart. I don't mean "oh it just hit him in the chest but missed his heart" they animated an actual human heart getting run straight through by a large shard of glass.

Wow! So many inaccuracies! Landlines do still exist, the office should have had a phone. Not to mention that computers with internet can also be used to make calls or other communication attempts. But if they could call for help we wouldn’t have a movie right? Also, You need to finish medical school to be a medical examiner. And no way would the boss allow a party when they just got 9 bodies in, nor allow them to wander unsupervised. It’s these glaring mistakes that make movies hard to watch, I’m glad I watch recaps and don’t waste time watching crappy films.
