A Pearland pasture was flooded by a construction crew working on building a bridge nearby. The woman who runs the pasture off Bailey Road, near Route 35, says she had no idea the construction company building a bridge nearby was pumping thousands and thousands of gallons of water onto her field.

You are wise. And fined for having standing water. Required to get a permit to remove the water. A fine for taking municipal water. A bill from the water department for the water. A fine for taking the water without a meter. …

I used to work at an apartment complex, we would have lot of problems with construction crews because they would try to throw all of their trash into our bins to save money. It was getting so bad that everyday that the residents couldn't throw their own trash without it being all over the streets. We had to take them all to court. I'm talking about ton of drywalls, carpets, doors, etc. Not even from our property

@@InsanePandaWanderer No problem, I only know that because I used to work for Dollar Tree and we kept finding trash and broken household items in our dumpsters ( 1 for trash, 1 for cardboard) The Store manager happened to find an address one day and gave it to the Police, who found the person. He got a $500 fine. Turned out he was the manager’s cousin who thought it was fine because he was “ family” A few nights later both of the dumpsters were set on fire, Gee I wonder who it was! lol

I live in a town here in Hills Minnesota in our city pump sewer water onto my grandmother‘s property from the sewer system, right into her yard and didn’t even tell anybody they were doing it, didn’t even put up any warning signs, or anything that there was sewage, spread all over the ground in town. Of course why would this make any difference, it’s the same town that left the sewer system, covert open for days where kids can go with no wires or anything roping off the danger, apparently we learned nothing when we had to save Jessica from the well decades ago. I don’t think people understand when you pump sewage on the ground it’s full of hepatitis and all kinds of illnesses that you can catch.m

$15 for a bale of hay might sound crazy but considering custom growers in Ontario Canada can't ship hay to the southern states fast enough, it's about right. I know a few farmers who've given up all crops but hay because it's the best seller.

What is "Failure to Abate"? Is their a fine for water leaving a job site? The Containment Fabric is clearly viewable. However, contaminated water encroched upon adjoining properties. I understand that these City Fines can be 10k initially and continue by the day. Appears the City is IMMUNE to ANY laws or ORDINANCES. Similar to Boeing and their famed ISO 9001😂😂 Be careful pursueing this, i understand that this could cost life for doing the RIGHT thing for your fellow man.

I did however type that they showed a lot of footage of their boots, add none of that footage showed any mud on their boots. They did walk all over the field to show how bad it was, but there was just a little mud puddle and their feet weren't seeking in except for the one spot where she could dig her boot into the wet soil. @@despraterado588 She’s not complaining about the horses getting wet, she’s complaining about having to feed the horses because they can’t graze underwater and also having to keep them inside out of the standing water - that causes their shoes to loosen and their hooves to rot. Five hours... Five hours is not critical. In 24-48 hours it will be gone. Unlikely they were running horses on pasture. Horses can't have wet feet now? Feet are suddenly rotting right off because water was running for five hours? Bale per day per horse? Unlikely. Which is it... they are either on pasture or you are charging customers a bale a day. You're not doing both. This is the typical crazy horse chick trying to get some money.

Yeah, but keep in mind this is private property here in Texas, we're big on private land ownership. They should give her a bit of compensation for their run-off on her private property. Maybe something trivial like 600 bucks and an apology. Someone legally can't just dump water causing liability and damages and horses won't graze there and increases batericial/fungi count as well as decreases pasture yield for x amount of time. This is a really easy settlement done with a few bucks and a handshake.
