Sinner should pray “Lord save me“. Backslider has to pray “Lord Revive me”. 5 new Covenant churches in the book of revelations needed revival. Repentance is the part of revival. Every believer need to be revived at one stage or the other. The mediator of the new Covenant himself is addressing these churches in Revelations 2 &3. Coming back to the first love is a kind of revival. Western churches who were once believers had become cold in their Christian walk. So men like Evan Roberts, charles Finney prayed and preached for them to be revived. India needs salvation. Indian churches need revival. Praying for the Lord to send labourers to the harvest is taught by the Lord. In the same way Praying for revival in churches is necessary.
