You can tell what you put in, not just from the audio difference, but because of what these animes show you about yourself. It's funny how different it looks to all of us. Keep following the path friends ✊️ I agree with the comfort and suffering being necessary, but why no sorrow? It's necessary to be one with the monster within, and that takes feeling everything. You only have to be yourself, and that's already what you are trying to be. Just be you

To piggyback off of you, I'm a short guy too. A couple years ago, I was close to 260. After making some little changes in my diet, I dropped to 215 in about 5-6 months. Unfortunately the stresses of life caught up to me, and I haven't been able to take care of myself as much since. However, I never put that weight back on and am at about 220 on my heaviest of days. So I know I can get back to it, just gotta dig deep. Start small and let those changes take effect. You'll notice how it gets easier with time and you'll start making changes without realizing it. It's okay to start small, just make sure that you don't give up and that the only direction you move is forward

"Cause by the time you have enough of your comfort zone, thats really, and I mean really where your growth grows exponentially, and thats the thing, you really have to have enough of everything, cause thats really what gives you the will, the motivation to change it, then after that is sustainability, which comes discipline, because without it everything youve built will fall on its own weight, all because you didnt wanna carry it anymore, and its up to you wether you wanna sustain it or not, but if not then it alright, cause once you go back to having enough again from all the mistakes youve been making, youll grow even further than before, and thats what makes the cycle of growth so mesmerizing, cause you either fall and stay flat or you fall and rise up, just like light reflecting on glass"

When you come to terms with the fact that no one is coming to save you, it underscores the importance of taking full responsibility for your life. It means you are the one who must take action, make decisions, and create the future you desire. You become the driving force behind your own success. It's up to you to seize opportunities, overcome obstacles, and push through challenges. While support from others can be valuable, the ultimate responsibility for your life lies with you. Embrace this truth, and let it inspire you to take bold steps, make things happen, and build the life you want. Taking responsibility is the first and most important step towards achieving your goals and realizing your full potential.

All these speeches are correct about one thing: to be successful, you need to work hard and push past your limits. But what everyone seems to forget is that you also need to rest and recover so you can push yourself even harder and achieve your dreams. What do you say to someone who's mindset is "What if this is what I want?" As in, they want to feel comfort, they want to take the easy way out, they want to give up when they reach their limits. Stuborness comes in 2 forms. Being stubborn to where you wont listen to good reasons and being stubborn to where you ignore all the bad reasons. Which kind of stubborn are you?
