At first i didn't like the fact that you dont have a visible character, but after seeing the gameplay it actually works well because you can actually see what you are riding up to.

This game took a while to click, but once it did I'm glad I bought it. It's hard to explain, but this game looks silly just watching clips. Did not look like my cup of tea. But once you figure out how to do stuff, it's really fun. I hope the devs stick with it because this game could be special

Slow mo @.8 is the sweet spot in my opinion. You can still get a real feel for flip speed but grind control steps way up.

Still love both of those games.. I just also like playing / trying other games. Why does it matter if there’s a character or just shoes? The skateboard and its physics are what this game is about, which makes for a fun experience.

I'm not doubting that this game is challenging, but getting good at Session at least rewarded me with a pretty good illusion of riding a skateboard in real life. I wouldn't really mind if it was just shoes, as long as the gameplay was oriented towards real skateboarding in terms of physics and a weightier feel. But hey, good for you if you enjoy it!
