In season 1, Ainz directly says it and in season 2 we see Sebas use that eyeglass at the magicians' guild while looking at scrolls. Ainz literally can't read things in this world without it. 10:10 Headhunter Rabbit is a guy. He dresses as a maid in order to make others underestimate him and become careless. Also, it makes opponents not think attack his groin. 12:40 He's using magic weapons, that's what the fire was. The negative energy is, iirc, from a passive skill. Not technically magic. He's not CASTING magic spells. He's using an item effects and using a passive. 13:40 Those are Clementine's weapons Ainz pulls out here. 17:58 You mention it at 18:32 but, yea. He's the only guy who guessed right and he's immediately written off as wrong.

Magical weapons and armor are allowed. What he does with his hand is like a natural ability of his race instead of magic. Think of it similar to the regeneration trolls posses, he is a max level undead and thus exudes negative or corroding energy that weakens others.
