Anywhere else he had sought shelter had an equal chance to have been hit by a tornado or flodded out during the storm. Eben the first responders who had staged in Tropical Stadium had to relocate North to Ocala before the storm hit because they predicted it wouldn't be safe. This LT. Dan apparently chose his location wisely.
