I upgraded from the 12 Pro Max to the 15 pro max because I wanted faster transfer speed from phone to computer. Apple Log and the ability to connect a USB C drive to the phone turned out to be an unexpected bonus that saved me a lot of money as I decided to stay with the 256GB base model instead of the planed 1TB model. Now I use an SSD when I record in ProRes log via the Black Magic camera app. My daughter is now using my 12 pro Max.

Great video. I stayed with the 14 Pro even though I believe 15 Pro is upgrade worthy. Even now, I honestly don’t stretch the 14 Pro even close to its limits and my partner unimpressed by my two best selling points. So we’ll wait for the 16 Pro. I have purchased my iPhones since the 4 and the resale value is where you’ll see the true cost of the iPhone. You will recoup most of your money which makes buying a new iPhone only cost $300-350.

had both at one point but i ended up with the regular pro! I think it all comes down to battery life. If you prioritize battery and you watch a lot of video go for the max. Im trying to minimize my media consumption so thats why i ended up with the pro and I have a magsafe batteryback with me anyways

I have an iPhone 15 pro, and I can say that obviously it’s not the best battery but most definitely last you through the whole day. Having said that, with heavy use ( high res recording, photos etc) it last me around 8-9 hours approximately. I can say I’m pretty satisfied with it.

Love the video…but feel that regular Pro model keeps getting a bad rap for its battery life. I use the 15 pro for just about everything including using project management tools…so it gets a decent workout every day. I am on the go from 6am and will have 40% battery life at 9.30am. Not too bad for a phone that is super easy and comfortable size wise to carry around. Cheers

I'm the same, to listen to most of these KZbinrs, you'd think they discovered something new, the fact that the Max always has a couple hours more on the Pro, hardly a eureka moment, considering it has a 25% bigger battery

I just got my iPhone15 pro max 5 days ago and I am loving the battery 🔋 powered, sometimes I can go all day without charging it by the end of the night around 10 pm I still got 30 percent battery life left keep in mind I leave my home around 5 am in the morning !

I have been using 15 pro max for 1 month, my average daily screen time is 5-6 hours and my battery is generally above 50% at the end of the day. Some days it even lasts until the end of the second day even if I don't charge it.

The iPhone 15PM Battery life has been great, i have been using it everyday for certain tasks and the battery has always been at least 30-40 percent at the end of the day, and i have my battery health setting set at 80% capped so i can keep my phone battery life healthy, i am out of the house for most of the day, and i have had no regrets by the end of the day. But of course this is still very dependent on what you do and use with the phone, i mainly use it to check mail, socials, schoolwork, a bit of photography here and there with ProRaw, full brightness mostly all day, my data is on and off so if i do not need it at the moment i'll turn it off but i do mostly use it all day depending on what task, and also with music playing with my airpods. I do keep a power bank with me and a usb-c to usb-c cable that i got with the apple box and i have not needed it once, it's mainly there just in case i forgot to charge my phone the night before. I ordered the max in natural titanium but cancelled it. I realised it’s not worth upgrading from my 13PM. I don’t care about titanium, action button or island. The 13 pro max has everything I need. It’s still fast and smooth. I checked the battery last week. I still get 10+ hours sot which is not bad for a two year old phone. Apple need to release some super phone for me to upgrade 😄 until then my phone is staying.

honestly i love my 15pro but battery ehh like i did a test and 10 hours with almost no brightnes but like medium brightnes it just cuts to like 6 hours and for me tht isnt really enough but overall i love it i did come from a massive upgrade as in from the huwawai p30 which is an awful phone but still worth every penni and i havent had any overheating problems or anything like that. PS: i am 15years old love ur vids

Thanks to the action button I started to use Shortcuts. Now I use the action button to control my Ford. Linking to the app and adding verbal controls to start/stop/lock/unlock/share range/etc. Love these features 😄

3 days of using the 15Pro and it’s terrible. Unfortunately I’m not in a country where Apple stores are accessible so I have to wait until I travel to the US to hopefully switch to the PM.. I’m a light user, IG, KZbin, Mail and WhatsApp take up 80% of my day yet the battery drops by 3-4% each 10-15 minutes or so.. unacceptable. I started the day 7am with a full battery and had to charge by 4pm

Love your vids, and also how just honest you are and more just a normal person. I haven't had any battery life issues with the 15 Pro since a couple days after first getting it. It easily gets me through the day ( 30% at 9pm) with my normal usage of some maps, mail, browser, texting, and light gaming. I came from the 13 Pro. The size of the 15 pro was great for me and for accessing the Action button. The Max seemed like it would be a little too big for me and my hands/pocket.

I’ve had both, but kept the 15 Pro. I get about 6-8hrs. of onscreen time with heavy use. 15 Pro for practicality for everyday use and for comfortability for one hand use. 15 Pro Max for content consumption, better speakers and better battery.

@@marcoclhl I get 6-8 hours on screen time w/o Low Power Mode on. But here’s a few things I did that I don’t need that helped the battery: Turned off Always On Display + Background Refresh + True Tone and Auto Brightness, switched 5G to LTE, and switched to Dark Mode. Hope this helps!

8-9 hrs of battery life from my 15 pro max regularly. Sometimes more. I’ve gotten 2 full days out of it more than once….but I’m not a super heavy user although, on the days I do really use it heavily I still get 7 hours easily. Do it. You won’t regret it.

Just grabbed a 15Pro from my local att. Listed my 15PM on eBay and it was sold in a couple hours. I’ve been on the smaller size pro since the 11Pro. Tried the 15PM, the size is not the move. Love being back to a true one handed device 👌🏼

I'm on the 15 Pro Max, I use it about 5-10 hours daily, never have to charge early and use the 80% battery limit feature while I still can. I recommend anyone who doesn't use 100% of their battery all day to use that feature until one day you have to charge early. Then switch it off and now you have even more, just extends it that slight bit for overall battery health!

@@TopBoi93 In your battery settings, turn on the "80% limit" feature. Then when can't use your phone all day with one battery life, turn the feature off. Helps battery health while turned on.

Great Video review and I have had my 15 pro for about 1 month for my work. It has been great upgrade from 12pro. I will be in Vegas trip next week to test out the camera upgrades to compare vs 12pro. I take a lot of business trip photos and pictures for LinkedIn at my conference. So let's see how it goes. I don't charge my battery to full as I limit to 80% to save my battery for travels. I turned off the always on display because if you don't the batter will drain fast when i took the phone out of my pocket to use it 4 hours after it was charged to 100% the battery was at 50% after i turned off the always on display the battery will last over a day i have the 15 pro max.

I always rotate between the 15PM and my S23 Ultra.On the 15PM I always use my battery saver lol and get like almost 12 hrs of SOT almost 2 days without charging,maybe one day I’ll try it without battery saver and see what happens.15PM is a elegant nice ass phone however the S23 U is a better device imo

I find my 15PM awesome, but one thing bothers me a lot: the rattling earpiece speaker. It is so annoying and such a disappointment! My older iPhone was lower in volume, but it was much more high quality than this one. Have you experienced it? The best way to reproduce it is to play the song “Sunroof” on max volume and pay attention to the earpiece speaker.

I have mine since Monday. Exactly same experience. It is awesome, but there is a rattle from the earpiece. I hope it is a software problem, but either way I'm taking it back tomorrow to try a replacement.

It's really a pity, because otherwise the device is excellent. Even the speakers are very full and rich, but the rattling from the earpiece in some frequencies kills the experience

The thing is that its been 2 months now and there is no fix. I was afraid of overheating and battery issues, but phone is cold and battery solid. Instead we have this problem nobody expected.

I have an S21, I've primarily been an android user but the last/only iphone I had was an iPhone X (thought it was okay, but jailbreaking it is when I really enjoyed it). I'm considering an iPhone 15 Pro because I want to upgrade, but it seems like every Android device puts the "pro" features in the larger devices and I prefer smaller.
