My sp will come back to me, I'm ignoring the 3D sometimes i get negative feelings i affirm through them, The one thing i would like to ask is there is a fine line between letting go/detaching from the outcome but also worrying about giving up on the manifestation by not persisting that is where i seem to spiral. Some days i know she is my wife an we are happy loving and she only has eyes for me. Other days i get moments where i just want to let go because it feels like im manifesting from lack. It's confusing but i come back an watch videos to stay grounded so thank you :)

Very good question. This is exactly what I was wondering as well. I think the answer there is and what feels right for me, is, let it go while beeing confident that it will happen. Just live your best life and be able to be happy with out her. I guess that is when miracle happens.

I’ve watched countless manifestation videos. I get the general idea of things. For an overthinker like me - it is easier said than done. I think too much and end up going overboard into negative thoughts. Plus it’s inconsistent when I keep pulling my negative thoughts and feelings back. I’m still struggling but hopefully with practice as you said - I’ll get there 🤞🏻

It can be a long process but realize we write the script to our lives... Step back and really observe your thoughts and your life. You will be amazed. We have been doing this unconsciously. They don't like me... then something happens... we are surprised but we shouldn't be... but the beautiful part is once you get to a place we're you really get this and can limit being triggered is a beautiful place.

So got to point in this vid where if your feeling lack. To me feeling lack about your sp is not the case. In my opinion the lack feeling is about yourself. You’re not feeling good about you which is why you don’t think your ex will come back . If you don’t like you then why would your sp. You then go on to say so what you have to do is believe that they want you and that you already have it. Feeling relaxed about the whole thing because you know there already yours. With that Natalie, you tell me how your meant to convince and trick your brain into feeling and knowing you have something when you don’t feel your good enough though. If you try your theory or in this case if I try , I feel like I’m kidding myself BECAUSE of how I feel about me.

This fundamentally is why we’re not together anymore . I didn’t feel good enough for her in the relationship so I basically pushed her away because I became to needy. Yes she triggered me as I felt her pulling away. But even with that if I was comfortable with who I am I would have felt with her pulling away differently. As in, ok you seem to be not be feeling it ….. so nor the fuck am I.

Third party does not exist!!. If he posts her on IG or whatever visualize her face gone .literally reduce her presence.. he thinks about you. Touches himself over you. The third party is anxious knowing she can't force him. He loves you. Craves being inside of you. Make love to him every night in your mind. Literally wash your body. Lotion yourself with sexy lotions. Take baths and imagine living with him and making him love to him every night. Take care of yourself. Look good. And focus on your relationship. Have conversations with him. Imagine him going down on you etc and focus on how good it feels. Use rose water on your body and call him in. He will call you. Apologize etc. He will come to you. Now imagine that. How are you dressed, how are you smelling? How do you feel in his arms. Also forgive him for all the hurt. He is yours
