Very nice. Like that all of the living space is on one level. Some of those finished basements make the overall house just too big, resulting in lots of space that just sits empty.

I'd just like to thank the builder for daring to NOT build yet another white kitchen! That stained wood is so much classier! Also, whenever possible, the toilet in the master should be enclosed.

Thanks Timothy for another great home tour. This is a very spacious home. I love the kitchen! Wouldn’t change a thing. The guest bedrooms are large! I love the master bedroom. The master bathroom is awesome. The shower alone sold me! Beautiful home!!

Since you asked, what makes sense to me is to take the sink off the island and move it to the butler pantry instead of that tiny sink in there. I'd take the DW off the island too, and just add more large drawer space. I'd also eliminate the microwave in the kitchen or the pantry. No need for both, but I do love the in-wall oven in addition to the range. I think I'd prefer to close up the entry from the study that leads to the kitchen and put doors of some sort onto the foyer opening. The master bedroom is super nice! But, again.... please build full walls and put a door into the toilet niche. I really love the layout of the shower with two benches. I'm getting older and the benches really appeal to me. I'd have to have a spray attachment in there for easy shower cleaning. As for the basement.... Unless it could be a full walkout daylight basement, I'd skip it altogether. I find underground rooms that have no easy egress to be creepy. Just those tiny unreachable windows leave me with a prison feeling. I'd never go down there. Thanks again Tim for showing a more affordable-to-the-masses style of home today.

I really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the built-ins throughout, floating shelves in the dining area, the accent ceilings throughout, and I love the kitchen with the butler pantry. I would either put extra bedrooms and a bathroom down in the basement area or turn it into an apartment.❤❤❤

I would move the left exterior walls of the secondary bedrooms to be flush with the exterior wall of the bathtub in the hall bath. Putting the tub in a bump out guarantees it will always be cold and develop mold or tile cracking down the line. I would also like the pantry to have a second refrigerator, full size sink, and a second dishwasher instead of a second microwave.

I really like this floor plan. I don’t mind the toilet area in the master bath - most are in little rooms that look so small they make me claustrophobic , and my husband is a bigger guy - he doesn’t like feeling squeezed in. Most of the rooms look spacious enough. When are you going to make more videos of the farm? I’m missing them!

9:51 Two or three ovens would be great for Holiday Dinners, one microwave is sufficient for me. I’m not sure if those drawer stile dishwashers are practical? 🤔 A drawer microwave would be better!

The pantry/kitchen query, I would keep the microwave in the pantry, have double wall ovens in the kitchen with a range top with pot and pan drawers underneath.

I like the slid in range and wall oven microwave combo. You could have both gas and electric. But the microwave in the pantry is redundant. A second fridge would be better.
