I absolutely really love the layout of this place. It's very unique and big. You could take those unfinished spaces and make a little apartment, especially above the garage area, and they could have their own entrance way with steps leading up from the outside. There's so many of endless possibilities with this of place.

Unfinished areas are one thing, but a lot of the finishes and fixtures were really average looking as well. Honestly, besides the overall square footage, I struggled to see why this was priced so high. Who in their right mind is buying this? If you have $7M to throw at a house, this house certainly ain't it.

I believe this is the best home that you've toured. The coordinating finish selections are gorgeous. The amount of custom cabinetry throughout, the glass door handles tie in with the light fixtures so well. The bespoke staircases are transitional and timeless. The neutral color scheme is very easing to the eyes and body. Incredible, especially for a spec home. I wish I could see the floor plan for this place as it's layout is incredible, more surprising with each room. the sight lines and proportions are spot on, especially when viewing that long hallway that extends almost the entire length of the home.

One of the best construction features that you overlooked is the conditioned attic space with closed-cell spray foam insulation & Advantec subfloor. This is advanced construction that makes this home very energy efficient! Is this home Passive House Certified? This is construction done right. Absolutely love the floor- to- ceiling windows through out this beautiful home that captures the serene landscaping!

This is my favorite home you’ve done. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into it. I would change some of the trim shapes (around the fireplace) for me, but whoever gets it will have a lovely estate home. I can’t afford it - there’s not enough stripper poles in the western hemisphere for me to work to buy it 😁

Nice, but too much wasted space for me and I've seen other homes that grab me much more. This one isn't quite getting me too excited although I do like Many of the rooms, the front formal dining room and the rear dining room both I like. And the windows that go down looks nice too.

I know exactly what I’d do with that second unfinished room. I’d finish it out and make that my office. Put a balcony outside with French doors and have a mini coffee bar so I could sit out there in the morning drinking my coffee and looking out into the woods.
