Now, I know you two have been looking at Spongebob theories, and yes, there's Alex Bale, The Theorizer, even MatPat from Film Theory et al, but there is one theorist out there that has a mind-eff for you about the show. His name on KZbin is Doug Woolever. And his theory is called Skin Theory. Now, I know it's a very long one, but you don't have to react to it online, but perhaps give it a watch in your spare time? It's extremely good, and made me rethink everything I've ever thought about quite a few topics, not just Spongebob. Trust me, it's worth it.

Okay, I just watched #6 and it seriously ruined The Spongebob Movie for me as in I'll always see a different artistic message than the original "accept your inner kid" theme, and it's a way darker movie to me now that I've seen the evidence for that theory. So, if you want your mind blown, watch it. But if you don't want to ruin The Spongebob Movie then viewer discretion is advised.
