Yes Pewds makes a lot of money. BUT he is also incredibly charitable. Jacksepticeye, Markiplier, Pewdiepie, and many other big KZbinrs haven't lost themselves in the money aspect... They do what they do for the love of it. They don't lead big, spectacular lives of waste... Actually, they live rather modestly for their incomes and donate A LOT. Also, it won't surprise me one bit if he really does delete his account. And props to him for taking a stand and having the confidence in his fan base to come right back and support him in making the statement he feels he needs to. I can say, for example, that my son and I are loyal fans of Sean and Mark and active members of their WONDERFUL communities. We genuinely care about them and their continued success. SO, not only can they count on us following them to a new channel... We'd follow them to an entirely different platform if necessary.

He's not upset just because he didn't get 2 million views, he's upset because KZbin changed the algorithm or something and it stopped recommending some channels' videos (his included). His view count from suggested videos dropped from ~50-60% to 0.2%. That would freak anyone out no matter their channel size. Some accounts have even been unsubbed without their knowledge. This was all explained pretty clearly in the video that you took a clip from.

I've always been a fan of this channel, but this video kinda bothers me. You guys talked about other people taking things he said out of context, but that's exactly what you guys are doing. He's not just talking about himself. He's talking about other channels, big and small. I'm subscribed to several KZbinrs that this is affecting, and it bothers me that the channel designed to provide us with unbiased facts, is taking things out of context and criticizing for it. Pewdiepie, as you said, has 50,000,000 subscribers. It makes sense that he would get at least 2 million views per video, and when suddenly that's not happening, that seems strange. Gotta say, disappointed with this video guys.
