The fact that they have security there and patients don't have access to anything dangerous. My partner works in one. They don't have access to anything that can harm them. Even down to using plastic knifes and folks. Out of safety for the patients and worker's. At least in New Zealand any way. Will still do damage but won't be anything life threatening. Also have multiple guards in each area for more efficient response time. The more dangerous patients will require guards to supervise workers or 2 male workers will deal with them.

So basically due to England’s laws and how their law enforcement is set up this man was able to kill two animals, a elderly woman and then rampage throughout the neighborhood and instead of trying to stop him from attack someone or destroy anything else police decided to evacuate neighbors and get them to safety instead and then when police caught up with him they had to taze him six times before finally being able to subdue him. Bet if England’s law enforcement was able to use a gun his rampage wouldn’t have gotten that far. They would have been able to take him out before he did more damage and it would have been justified because he already killed someone.

The only reason there are more crimes in the US than in England is because the U.S. population is bigger than England’s. For a small country England has a high amount of violent offenses. Also I doubt all English citizens agree with not having a gun to defend themselves. I’ve spoken with some of them.
