There was a medieval punishment called the Tub. The prisoner is chained into a tub. They are placed in the center of town. They are allowed to be fed and watered but not physically abused in any way. They spend their days sitting in their own urine and feces as well people can relieve themselves in the tub. They basically rot to death in the center of town.

7:34 something like this popped up in my recommendations days ago a Texas woman named Taylor murders a woman named Reagan and cuts her baby out of the womb left her on the side of the road and took the baby to the hospital claiming it to be hers she’s been lying saying she’s been pregnant and was expecting a baby girl even had a gender reveal party fooling her fiancé naming it Clancy Gaile cops showed up to the hospital and was talking to the doctors saying there’s no signs of her being pregnant and refuses to let them see if she’s been hemorrhaging they done been talking to other cops and was building a case on it the doctors been distracting her and she’s saying her fiancé’s coming so they talked to her about it kept denying saying it was hers and it wasn’t they kept pressing her and she finally confessed saying the woman invited her to her house to take a shower because her water wasn’t on so she came and confronted her saying she was lying they get in a fight she hits her head her 3 year old daughter was there she killed her and took her baby the baby didn’t make it and got arrested and was sentenced to death row and was one of the few women in Texas to end up on death row it happened in 2020 she said she had two kids
