It's VERY common for preacher's to live the "high life" and jist fleece all their gullible 'flock' into tithing and using that to pay the bills. Tithing rarely goes towards anything else except only the most needed repairs on the building and the clergy pockets.

I go mostly to listen to the choir. Occasionally I hear a good sermon. However not as much nowadays. I don't belong to any of the churches I visit and that's what I do VISIT. These are churches my associates attend and I go on invitation if I'm feeling up to it or because they asked and I like them or because I'm invited due to something special going on. And never on Easter. That's when the church is full of devils👿

Paul also talks about having nothing to do with these things, It still does not change the fact that the vast majority of crimes are committed by those who are not Christians.
