@@povdol7206 go to the top of mountain, forest or just outside, look all around all these are appearing in something we can call this something in which our experience of space and time appears and disappears. This something is what we call 'I' which is a thought take away that thought what remains? Its 'YOU' don't name it, don't go into thoughts just be. You are already and always Home.
