Really nice to see some positive response to this game. A lot of streamers and YT channels have over looked it due to Spector's poor history with his more recent games. My current concern is in any PVP scenario its going to be the fastest player who wins. I will reserve final judgement until I see how an actual game session flows. looking forward to seeing more.

you mention matches, but do you know that it is really match based? is that something you have been said by the devs or not? since i thought it looked like it was open-world and then you get missions from contacts to raid a specific place in the world

Is the pvp optional? I hope so because as much fun as i had in pvp Sea of thieves it was not fun anymore as a newb getting camped by sweatters with 500h in.

Interesting premise! Its bottleneck, though, might be too much funneled class playstyle. If a character mostly uses signature abilities and gadgets, interaction with the environment (so PvE) is bound to be secondary and outright boring. All the attention goes to gadgets and abilities, so into PvP, like in hero games such as Overwatch. They need to focus on the complexity of an open, richly interactive environment, not on autistic hero powers. Children focus on heroes, mature players like opening up to and exploring an environment.

So basically fake stealth for fake stealth fans. Can I just get a game like the original two Thief games or Splinter Cell Chaos Theory. Where stealth isn't just ONE way to play it but THE way to play it, meaning the game's core mechanics are designed for stealth and not just designed to allow a stealth approach. And if this game has xray vision or that countdown marker above the head crap, I'M OUT!

Let me guess, it's another irritating multiplayer, PVP irritation of a game, rather than one I can have fun with and play alongside someone, you know, cooperatively? Why does everything have to be a competition these days? And due to it being like this, it'll be another live-service I'm sure.

Thief Thick As Thieves - No medieval, no bows with different arrows, no clubs or swords, no stealth because the fastest player wins and the fastest player is this one who runs everywhere through. I hope this is a joke. The fourth part was already rated poorly, but this takes it to a whole new level of bad. Using the title Thief almost borders on scam. It's getting harder and harder to expect a new Thief in the lifetime of the old fans.
