Thick Woods Tractor Action: Conquering for Porky Permaculture

I use the IronCraft Brush hog, Stihl Chainsaw and grapple on my Kioti CK2610 to clear brush and make room for electric pig fencing. This tractor setup makes homesteading in thick woods like this possible.

Amazing what the pigs do w rooting around. Makes sense using them. How are the R14’s holding up in the bush ? Any punctures? Bush hog makes a huge difference. Ya running at 540 rpm’s. Hard to tell w the tunes. Anyway you’re moving right along. Stay safe👍

Tires are good so far! No punctures or anything falling off the rim (knock on wood). I engage the PTO low, then go up to 540 rpms. I’ll do a better job of not just having music, but some scenes with just tractor noise. Thanks for the comments! I really appreciate it!

Go to England and order bacon for breakfast. So lean you will not believe it. Their small farms all have truck gardens each year and they enclose the area , fence it for pigs and haul them water. Then they essentially “starve” them and the pigs dig 12-18 “ deep looking for old roots etc. a pig that would weigh 400lbs in the USA will barely weigh 250 but, after 3 months, that garden is deep tilled and fertilized with pig shit

They use them as garden tillers and the meat park is much leaner
