That was your funniest video I've seen yet. Brilliant. Thank you for that.

When you think it’s finally idiot proof, give me 5 minutes alone in there. I dare you. Honestly though, you crack me up Ben 😂

I see what you did there and you almost got me. I will not say which time though. I noticed your planer knob was replaced in another of your funny videos and now I know why. This is on my to-do-list that keeps getting longer thanks to KZbin.

Classic Snekker! Sorry I can only click "like" once. John Oerter deserves a mention for the most concise but expressive comment!

That ending was priceless! I can’t tell you how many times I have jumped into a recording and my mic wasn’t on…. 🤦♂️ made me chuckle a bit!

You have just solved a problem for me, I have the same planer, but mounted on a flip cart, I didn't realize that my problem was the handle stuck out about an inch to far, so, each time I have to flip to my sander I have to remove the handle on the planer. I have contemplated cutting an inch or so from the handle, but your solution is great. Thanx

How often does your planer trips and how much hours you spend on it before it trips?
@TheFalconJetDriver3 жыл бұрын
I have never seen my planner trip, in fact I have not seen it walking around. And I do not let it drink either! 🤪🛫 Oh you mean the breaker trips! I have never had my Dewalt 735 breaker trip, I will say my line voltage is 127 volts and equates to less current draw. I also take very light passes With my planner.

In five years, I have tripped mine a few times unintentionally, and at least 40 times intentionally. This might help: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aGXJXn1mobuiY6c

what a great idea, I have to take my handle off for storage on my flip cart since it protrudes and I can't push it against the wall, or I catch my leg on it walking by... This will solve that.

Your cheerful intro made me suspicious, and put me on guard for tragedy. My old Delta planer has its height adjuster on the top, but it's also obscenely large and awkward, so I will be making the same modification to it. Thanks!

why not juse the wheel with out a knob? im surprised this planer doesn't have a lock so you cant accidently do that
@TheSnekkerShow3 жыл бұрын
It's not necessary for minor adjustments, but for changing a couple of inches, the knob is a time saver.

I did this shortly after I bought the planer and almost ripped my arm off walking by it and catching that ridiculous handle.....I found a nice round 1½" cabinet knob and drilled it for the original bolt....east to grab and turn.....best part of the vid was the last 30 seconds......
