This is Thierry Henry's individual highlights from the Euro 2000 final. I did this to show just how frightening he was even before his peak, and his ability to impact big games even when he didn't score. Henry was on fire, humiliating the likes of Nesta and Cannavaro. The Italians were tight and compact, but couldn't live with Henry's speed and trickery, resorted to fouling him repeatedly, and should have had at least one player sent off.

I am Italian and Henry is still today my favorite player of all time, when I play in football tournaments I always choose the 14 if I can. The Italian defense in those years was incredible and unique in every role and Henry was the perfect opponent for a great great show.

He played pretty well in Paris 06 too. Of course he missed 2 big chances, but one of them was a great save from Valdes tbf, and on the 2nd Henry was clearly gassed. Maybe should've still scored, but considering how long the team was down to ten men, how Henry almost single handedly held up the attack, how he ran like a mad-man, how he was constantly doubled-up on, idk I'm inclined to not be so harsh. He had a couple of brilliant moments skinning Puyol that game too.
