My parents were German emigrants to South Africa & 'saddled' me with Burkhard as my name...No-one here could pronounce it correctly & as a young kid I began to detest this name. My dad called me Bucki, which subtly changed to Boogy while in school...My German is no longer any good but...Bisst du noch in Deutschland oder wohnst du irgendwo anders? Cheers, Boogy Gottsmann
