They did a Neighborhood Watch meet, where the LAPD guy came out and actually tried to BS everybody by claiming that the crime is actually down... but it just "seems like it's not" because everybody talks on apps now and knows about everything happening. Then he just made a bunch of excuses for why it's pointless for them to even show up, and suggested people can go up to a car they think is casing a house, and ask the person if they need help... to scare them off. Yes, that's right... They expect you to risk YOUR life walking up to a car that might have an MS13 guy with a glock in his lap... in a neighborhood that has 5 figure property taxes. F the voters for this S.
