It's amazing that even though the RNG was pretty much always against Jarla, he managed to clutch it out with the reverse 3-0. Sets like this are why he's my favorite GM.

Full hand of 0 cost spells and an Auctioneer, wow what skill.. Mage is really a nuisance to play against.

@@newpowerup1996 Thijs got insanely lucky and missed lethal in his Warlock wins. Jarla had to reverse sweep with Quest Mage alone, and win in the mirror when Thijs had double IF by Turn 4. Thijs even randomly generated a Robes of Protection in the last game! Jarla was the better player this set, and he deserved this hard earned win.

When mage takes a series and wins 3 in a row you have to know the class quest is NOT balanced right Blizzard??? There is no world where you look at a class like mage and say it's a balanced game state!!!

in the second game you guys made a mistake thijs raise dead on purpose on 7 cards so he gets the tamsin reward from quest otherwise if he did on 8 he would have burnt it

His ordering when he played the flesh giant right after in game 2 was also bad since he couldn’t kill it with bristleback if necessary for battlemaster lethal setup

@@shogunpug4071 ya, once you win you score a point and have to play another deck. Otherwise it becomes "I can auto pilot the same deck to victory" and most people say to just ban the broken deck but that's not a fix, that's an excuse :/

Its a good climbing deck atleast. Went from D5 to 13000 and now currently 3000 legend. Only a few losses

you are probably a low rank player with a comment like this. People think multiple turns in advance, not just about the 2 cards they ended up playing, they are thinking what the chain of events which will come many turns after playing those two cards. such a braindead comment.

@Chris it ends early but not on turn 5 more like 8 or 9, but if anything that just means each turn carries even more weight and one mistake can be just that costly, high rank players are trying to think about what their opponent could have in hand and consider all possibilities and play around that. Also people are rolling in tournaments with shadow priest, face hunter and garrote rogue, none of which are quests. The only quests being ran are sham,lock, dh, and occasionally mage. Have you hit legend this season? Or ever?
