About the statistics that u mentioned , Alireza faced Magnus and Fabi when he was literally a teenager and completely inexperienced and hence had a bad result against them in total .. but if u check their very recent encounters, it is to some extent balanced .. but with Ding he started to play him when he reached his maturity in chess and getting good results

That's actually very far from the truth. Alireza played against Ding before playing against Fabi or Magnus, and he did managed to draw the 2 classical games during this encounter, making a name for himself (that would be during a world cup, maybe 2018 or something).

@@camilohiche4475 I don't get the narrative that Ding is some sort of fraud. Sure, he's in a slump, but that doesn't take away from any of his past achievements. Remember, this is the player who defeated Magnus Carlsen to win the 2019 Sinquefield cup. He's won the chessable masters, he's won the grand chess tour, and he did win an incredible world championship match against Nepo, who didn't lose a game at the candidates To me, he's just a guy struggling with mental health. His crown is made of gold, but it's sitting on a head in turmoil, and I hope for the good of the chess world that he finds his way back to the player he was

To be fair to Ding, pretty much everyone has beaten him during this disheartening slump he’s found himself in. The old Ding before the WCC match with Nepo was so good Magnus said in an interview where he was asked who the most difficult player to face was that for him it was Ding. That was the Magnus of 2019-2020, the time Magnus thinks was his best.

I’m no GM, but here’s my ideas: Alireza is up two pawns, Alireza has his rook behind his past pawn, and Ding’s king is out in the open. Otherwise, it’s a relatively equal position. My idea is for Alireza to push his past pawn. If Ding defends, Alireza should create a second past pawn on the queen side: the theory of two weaknesses. All trades favor Alireza.

If you play too much everyday, you're sure to get tilted. U need to balance it more, take more breaks, play fewer games. If you feel you NEED chess, replace some blitz time with watching videos of reading about recaps, famous games, openings, ecc. Doing problems instead can also be a game changer
