Hi girly, it seems like you have a great hair care routine. The only thing I could think of is split ends traveling up the hair shaft. I could be wrong, but maybe try to trim a bit more and continue with your protein-moisture balance.

I believe your hair will bounce back for sure. And I just love the mommy daughter relationship ❤.

Hey there Cassy! So glad to hear from you. I’m happy that this is something that I can bounce back from. It’s hard tho 😓😓 thank you so much for all the love and support 💕

Hi Dani, yes I see a difference. Honestly and this is my opinion if you have someone you trust with your hair like April and can afford it , get your touch-ups done professionally even if you think you guys can do it yourself . Continue with your shampoo & conditioning routine maybe going back to the basics . Don't try so many different products if you have ones that have been working for you. It will thicken back up over time because you already take great care of it.

Hey 👋🏾 Thank you so much for your honesty. I really appreciate it. Yeah there is a difference. That is some really good advice too. I will need to save up!! And yes…going back to the basics is essential I guess. It’s just so hard NOT to get new things!!! 😫 But if I want good results, I need to control myself. When I was using the Moroccan oil repair set and the purology spray leave in and sealing it with the MoroccanOil, that’s when my hair looked the way I liked it so much in my trimming video. Thank you so much for your advice and for watching. Love hearing what you think. I guess just come back and see how everything turns out huh?? 😂 💕Dani

I agree. I would stick to letting a professional do your touch ups (cuz you were getting relaxer way too far down the shaft when Its only supposed to be the roots). You may be over processing already relaxed parts causing thinning. And stick to the basic 1. Clarifying shampoo 2. Moisturizing shampoo 3. Conditioner or masks 4. Leave in 5. Blow dry cream. 6. Seal with the oil. Stick to SALON PROFESSIONAL products no product junkie lol. We know how that goes lol. Ive stuck to the basic Morroccan oil and redkin....

Yes yes and yes!! 🙌🏾 I agree with the choir!! Thank you for your advice too! I have connected with other professionals and they have said the same. I will be going back to Kya at the end of April to get it retouched professionally and going back to my Blowout Professors recommendations. Thank you so much for leaving me a commmet!!! I need it all! 💕Dani

Hi Dani, love your hair and your video's - please also look at your iron and vit D levels - I experienced thinner hair and it was due to a vitamin D deficiency

Hey hey 👋🏾 It’s so interesting that you said that. I just noticed in all my Amazon orders that I stopped taking my regular brand of collagen around September and I also stopped drinking my fenugreek tea around the same time too. I wonder if that has anything to do with it. Cuz I’ve been taking those for a long time now! I’ll check out my levels as well cuz thats always good to know anyways. Thank you very much for your advice! 💕Dani

Really now!! Well shoot! Let me know how that goes! I would really love to hear how that works for you. It’s crazy expensive so I hope that it lives up to the hype. Thank you for your empathy and for watching! Can’t wait for an update from you sis! 💕Dani

The The problem may be your technique at retouching your roots. You are over processing your hair. I see relaxer towards the middle and ends of your hair shaft in some p!aces. And you are pulling that relaxer too far down. Your touch up shouldn't go past the line of demarcation. You are overlapping already processed hair.
@naturallyrelaxed38 ай бұрын
I see I see…I will look into that. Thank you for your advice! 💕Dani

There's a woman I follow named Val, Hairlicious on KZbin. She does things that I do for my hair & she has great tips. I've come to follow some of her tips. They've made an improvement.

Yes. I am very familiar with her. I mention her in a lot of my videos and even did a video on her healthy scalp challenge that she did some months ago. She has even commented on our videos! Thanks for the recommendation 💕

Yup preprocessing and trying too many new products. Stick to basics and let a professional retouch or stay at the roots only.

Moroccan Oil hair mask and L'Oreal ABC are two different products. Moroccan Oil hair mask is a hydrating deep conditioner. Acidic bonding concentrates improve strength by bonding to weak parts of hair strands and balances pH levels.
@naturallyrelaxed38 ай бұрын
Hey 👋🏾 I actually used the hydration AND repair MoroccanOil masks in my routine. I switched every couple weeks. And I think you got the L’Oréal and the Redken confused. I have been using the Redken ABC line for some months now, interchanging them with the MoroccanOil. I just bought the L’Oréal Pro Strength line and have yet to use it. Thank you for watching and leaving us a comment! Come back soon 💕Dani

My best advice, take a break from ur hair exposed and wear wigs for aboooout 3 months. See how it feels. Keep the protein treatment once a month and cut off about 2 inches.But we all learning from each other.
@naturallyrelaxed38 ай бұрын
Hey hey 👋🏾 Honestly, I was wearing wigs for so long that I’m over them at this point 😆 But I DO understand what you’re saying tho. Just leave it be! Thank you so much for all your advice. I really appreciate it! 💕Dani

You definitely need a few inches cut off. That would make it look thicker and hopefully stop the shedding that is causing the thinning.
@naturallyrelaxed38 ай бұрын
Hey hey! 👋🏾 I’m not really experiencing that much shedding. I have the usual amount that I’ve had for years now. It would look more dense if it were shorter but I do what to know if I can fix that density without having to cut so much off. I think I need to go back to my basics too! Thank you so much for your advice and for watching! 💕Dani

I understand your issue I have the same problem. My hair grows very easily but not the density I like especially in the front. I have recently started the same protocol as ulovemegz. She recently posted a video. Check it out.

Hey hey 👋🏾 Thank you for the advice. I’ve tried the line before and I feel like the Redken ABC line works better for me as far as the bonding systems go. I actually still have an Olaplex no. 3 that I haven’t finished yet! I will find out what’s going on and tackle it head on for more growth and thicker tresses!!! Thank you so much for watching and leaving us a comment! Come back baby! 💕Dani
