We tried here but found it difficult to kneed the chapathi. How do you maintain the consistency of the flour ? I think I had to much water in my dough.

The flour has to be fresh. If the water is added as per the recipe it comes out well.

Old stock of millets, if used will taste bitter or like what you have experienced. Always use fresh millets.
