Direct drill and a wide fertilizer spreader would be quicker and probably cheaper

As big as your fields are getting maybe it's time to look into a self-propelled sprayer. Might make spraying a little more bearable. Loving the series can't wait for the next one.

With so much cotton and wool, be open to getting yet another spinnery and maybe another tailor. You cam and should mix cotton and wool in the spinnerys, but I would try to keep them below 25% capacity so you dont wait forever for fabric. Better to have three cranking at 25% capacity than one at 100% capacity. Same for the tailor, being a competition with an end in sight you dont want to tie up your profit over a year in advance, you want product pumping as fast as possible.

I didn't see the selling price of sorghum in this episode, but I did see wheat, so here's a breakdown of what the profit margin is for wheat. The mill processes 15L sorghum into 16L flour per cycle. It can do 1200 cycles/mo. This means you convert 18,000L sorghum into 19,2000L flour every month. Wheat was selling for $1100/1000L and flour was selling for $1900/1000L. I'll assume selling price for wheat and sorghum are the same (I know they aren't). At that price, you would be converting $19,800 of wheat/sorghum into $36,480 of flour every month for a profit of $16,680. The mill's operating cost is $24/mo, which is negligible. Another consideration is the cost of the mill. Whenever the series ends and you sell the mill, how much do you lose? You'll want to be making more than that in profits over the life of the mill for it to be worthwhile. But you'll want to do more than just break even, since that money could have been used instead for other productions or ventures that would grow your money faster (opportunity cost).

You should try the Kubota M6! That is the little tractor that could! It just has the right feel, more importantly the right sound and it can do jobs well above its horsepower without feeling OP. Honestly, I use the JCB 8330 for most big jobs on most maps but that little Kubota has to be my favorite. Such a good little yard tractor with a bucket or forks.

For future reference, you should use the custom production spinnery the next time, as it's all in one, and it takes wool and cotton, set the fabric to distribute and it will make your clothes to.

The pallets fit perfectly if you do one row the same direction as the trailer (lengthwise) then the other row perpendicular to the trailer (crossways) you can get 50 or so pallets per load.

Gold only varies from 26k to 28k, which is less than 10%. It's one of those goods where the variation is quite random (not cyclical). So there's probably no point in trying to time the market - you don't stand to gain or lose much either way.

How much does sorgum sell for? Since you are getting a 15:16 ratio of sorghum:flour, and you have an operating cost. So if they are about the same price, i don't think its worth selling the flour. I think the real money will be in the bakery (I hope - else whats the point of the mill?)

Episode 40 play along; Big day. I Harvested and replanted my corn field. I ran out of Oats for my grain mill and require oats for my cereal so I bought more land and cultivated a new field for more oat planting next episode. I cut my grass field, but didn't have time to bale and wrap it. Double prune cut the grapes I harvested last episode. It was a bit touchie but was cool to see that it worked. I did the numbers on Gold, 19.2 pallets per day at minimum of $26,431 being $507,475.2 per day if you can kept it going. There is no way I could match this, so built my own. You can even buy the Methane, but I had silage laying around so built a plant, filled it and put in on distribution. I sold my eggs as they were at the highest prices making my products sold for the day $334,492. My 8 carpentry and 4 bakery productions are still on auto-sell. I built the large open garbage with solar panels on it. My Property income with that, 6 solar panels and a wind turbine gave me $34,718.

You are losing money auto selling flour over just selling the sorghum as it was. The 30% loss of profits means you are getting about £1400 per 1000 litres of flour. You are loosing £600 per litre of flour. Given the time and the cost of the four mill you are losing money over just selling the sorghum as it was.
