It is up to you if you want to slave it up or dump it and live your dreams whilst you still have time. I do not pity those people slaving it up when they do not have to. Obviously money is important to you but remember no amount of money can buy you health and time in life. I gave up slaving a few years ago and do not regret or feel guilty about it. I adjusted my lifestyle accordingly.

Michael you should look at getting a portable solar generator. It can run on solar, power from the house or run off a small windmill so when there is a brown out you would have power stored in your portable solar generator. EcoFlow Pro would be more than enough for all your power needs. Or an Anker Solix is another one or a Bluetti A300. It's something We are doing here in Texas in case of power outages.

Some advice from someone who was in the restaurant and bar business for over 40 years.. 1. Give yourself some time to prepare… especially in a foreign country like the Philippines.. Be prepared… don’t jump the gun and set an unrealistic opening day if you don’t have all your ducks in a row.. Soft openings are done to get the kinks out… you don’t want so so service on your first day.. Makes a bad impression.. Training takes time and organization… So many aspects to even getting opened.. Wish I could help…. I myself am retired in the Philippines… But I am in the US at this time. Good luck… be watching you vlog on your progress.. Ed O

I have a strong sense of foreboding. Yes, it is too fast. The business, especially. I live in northern Wisconsin, where people from Chicago retire, get bored, buy a restaurant, then lose it to bankruptcy in less than a year. We locals tell newbies to wash dishes for a year before putting all of their retirement savings into a business they know nothing about. They are above washing dishes, then a lot of other things. Gordon Ramsay has done a lot to warn people.
