Norm check your fuel in the larger generator you may have water in your fuel, there is a drain cock that you can open and drain some of. The fuel out and also check your fuel bowl on the carburetor. I use to have a onan 4500 gas generator when temperatures change it would get condensation in fuel tank, and I would have to drain the fuel through the fuel bowel. I also installed a Victron 30 amp dc to dc charger to my gd reflection 303 RLS and wired it from my GMC AT4 truck, best thing I did for my charging of my batteries for the trailer. Good luck and I hope this helps.

The accident with the Tripod is a good reminder to double check where Jazz is when you are on the big machines; she could easily run quickly while you are driving and get run over. This happened to my girlfriend when she was driving her car in the driveway and ran over her dog about same size as Jazz and unfortunately the dog died…doesn’t take much for these little dogs to be injured (or killed)-they move so quickly scurry around having fun.

Hey Norm.. I’ve read that when removing snow on a gravel driveway, instead of plowing forward (which gouges into the gravel), that “back dragging” is the idea method to minimize damage. I know this video was recorded well over a month ago but, jic you didn’t know. Beautiful seeing all the snow.
@tobyatencio669810 ай бұрын
Once the gravel is frozen the plow won't gouge the driveway. Regardless, every spring you'll see lots of people regrading their driveways to cover up the gouges and put the crown back on the road, myself included. 😂
@MountainBeaches10 ай бұрын
Good point. There were two reasons the driveway was getting damaged. #1, my first time with the plow, and #2 the ground wasn't frozen yet. Once it freezes that is no longer a problem as Toby already mentioned. Thanks for the suggestion.
