ESC stands for Electronic Speed Controller - there will be four: one for each motor. Depending on the model you have, I believe there's a single board with four ESCs, and this can be replaced quite cheaply by someone with a little electronics knowledge.

Hey guy's I'm so glad to see coco is doing so well. As for mini it's to late now but what you do is take what ever you drop in salt water and then put is clean fresh water and let sit for a while but agitate the water as this helps break down the salt that with dry on boards and connections. Then after a couple of hours shack it best you can to get the water out. Then put in a big bag off rice then wait a few days minimum and then you have a better chance it will work. First time I tried this was when I dropped a very expensive camera in salt water and had seen it done on TV show about restoring stuff. So I did it and the camera worked. Keep up the great videos and taking care of our Coconut.

We have been told by everyone here that the crocodiles stay over by the other island. Its odd to us as well, we always make sure that we have a good look around and we have anchored in such a way that any crocs would have a choice of many people to eat before they got to us haha

Another fantastic video guys. Wow that drone footage in Alaska was mind-blowing how beautiful was that. I was thinking about your dingy why couldn't you take a spray bottle with water and soap in it and when you go ashore spray the water with soap over the dinghy and if you have a leak it should bubble. Anyway that works with rafts I wouldn't know why it wouldn't work with a dingy and you could always flip it over and see if you have a leak on the bottom doing the same thing. I would take a sharpie with me as well and if you find a leak you could circle it that way you know. Just a thought I mean I would think it would work the same way as a raft if it's leaking it would bubble up in that area but what do I know. Lol. I wanted to ask you about the coconut bread I have never had any I'm wondering I know it tastes like coconut but I wonder how they make it that sounds very good because I do love coconut. As well I have never had coconut water out of a coconut either I would love to try both. Coco's eyes show up a beautiful green I have never seen such green eyes on a cat before she has such beautiful assets about her just like her mom and dad. Thanks heaps :-) You are bang on with the spray bottle and soap idea, we plan to do that at some point, right now its a very slow leak so we are going to do some other projects first. you could google some bakeries near you and ask them if they make coconut bread, its kind of like a sweet bread with a hint of Coconut, we both really like it. The best coconuts to drink are when they are still green (maybe a bit of yellow). they taste much better then the older ones. if the husk as already been taken off you can tell if its young by how much meat is inside the coconut, the more meat the older it is, the younger ones will have little to no meat and the meat will be more jelly then hard. Coco's eyes are very pretty and we are so lucky to have her :-)

@@sailing.supernovato my knowledge, every electric motor is run by electronic speed controller (esc) so drone should have 4 esc circuits for 4 motors. if there is nothing else broken, replacing broken esc controller(s) could fix the drone. dji mini se esc replacement boards seem to be around 50usd. one possibility could be that esc board itself works but cannot connect to motor properly (broken motor, loose/broken connection cable). i would guess that pinpointing exact problem would require disassembling the drone and/or running diagnostic if drone could tell more accurately what part is not working

I would be afraid of titling up the dingy motor cause of the distribution of oil not being level and burning out the motor. Y'all are brave sailing with no experience, me being in the Navy for nine years ide be nervous without someone experienced. But I guess the best experience is just doing it and figuring stuff out later 😂.

Dont Fly the drone in tricky places like you were. A GO PRO held in your hand would have got the same shots as you were trying to get.

Yea it was a really dumb spot to fly it, we were going for a look that the gopro could not get... that being said a go pro would have been 99% as good. We try and get the best shots without much experience in filming so maybe we need to think a bit more about our shots :-)
