I am counselor from South Africa and oh boy did a lot of them think I was from either the UK or Australia. Repeat after me songs I normally do in an American accent cause it sounds weird when I do it in my normal accent and everyone notices😂

Bubele Bezu haha the Irish people used to get Australia all the time too! It 100% sounds weird not in an American accent 😂 if I did it in an English one sounds so wrong!

Hahahah i could relate to most of these sayings, we use the British English here and it confuses the living hell out of my campers, “ put on your swimming costumes, bring your torches, put on your mozzy spray, where’s your roll on, that’s absolute nonesense” ahh I could go on and on...🙂
